For voicemail, I believe you pinpointed a problem. I don't think the  
voicemail application
supports the caller ID presentation setting that we do support  
elsewhere. That is propably a bug.
Please test this and open a bug report if voicemail actually e-mails  
out caller IDs that should be kept secret.
