Would it be possible to bridge two channels 
manually?

Scenario:

user1----chanA-----Asterisk----chanB----user2

user3----chanC-----Asterisk

At 
this point, I send reINVITE to user2, and want to
bridge chanB with chanC and 
then tear down chanA.

My goal here is to make user2 talk with user3 
instead
of talking to user1. Does anybody know an alternate way
of doing 
so?
