SJphone Do not send silence - option ? Should be disabled for Asterisk

My recommendation is to turn it of. I believe it's the same feature as in Cisco VAD or Silence suspension. It increase both, your network load and sound quality.
When comes to that, I always decide to go for better sound quality.
