modifying toolbar.tpl

You don't have to modify the toolbar.tpl for your needs.
The tools can be removed from the toolbar by setting negative weights in configuration files.
Just try to add "weightFullextent = -1" in the location.ini of your project (client side).

Note : the toolbar.tpl template shouldn't be modified in most cases to avoid incompatibilities !
