Ignore right mouse click event in chameleon to use default browser behaviour

Dear List!

Does anybody know how to disable the right mouse click handling of 
chameleon? The user wants to be able to right-click on a map (or keymap) 
without causing a map update event.

I read in an earlier post about this problem but as far as I could see no 
solution was presented except that this should be part of a newer version of 
Chameleon. Status?
