Toggle button

Here comes a rather newbie question...

 

How do you implement a Toggle button calling a _javascript_ function in Chameleon? I know how to do it manually but could not figure out how to do it using the widgets...

 

I want to have a contextual help button which when active (setting of a _javascript_ variable) will enable the display of detailed information of the different features of the page by just hovering over the elements.
