Chameleon Admin Crashing MS4w 1_4_0

Hello
list,
Fresh brand new
download of MS4W (1.4.0) and Chameleon 2.2.1 gives me this error every time I
try to access the Chameleon Administration or add a valid WMS
server:
"PHP Script
Interpreter has encountered a problem ... " and
crashes
I have tried CVS
latest, but still get the same issues.
Anyone know a
workaround?
