OK,
Rather than use the dialogic answer phone algorithm, you could just go for PVD and measure the greeting duration yourself. Then you can apply whatever cut-off duration for voice / answer phone you like. I know a number of our toolkit customers are doing call progress that way.
You will need to set Intflg to 4, set a suitable answer deglitch value - you could try with 50 (=500ms) to start with, but experiment with that to get best results. Then an getting a positive voice detection result get the greeting duration (ansrsiz) via ATDX_ANSRSIZ function. The result is a number which represents the duration in units of 10ms.
