national long distance

-Greetings.
I use makeCall to local and national long distance, using makecall for local call works fine, but national long distance doesn't work.
I have, SR511 FP1 (update 69), Windows 2000 SP4, Global Call 4.2, D/300sc-E1, DTI/300Sc-E1 and R2 ICAPI.
I use gc_MakeCall in SYNC mode. My CO gives me a trace and I see called party number bad. My ANI for outbound is 86721134 and area code is 072.
