tapi drivers for dialogic d/4pci

i installed system release 5.1.1 and service pack for release 5.1.1, with a dialogic d/4pci board, and ivm attendant (third party soft from nch) running on a windows xp professional, but it does not recognize the board.
it seems to me, nither release 5.1.1 nor service pack 1, installed dialogic tapi driver.
what next to do?
