One word of advice would be to consider using the D42JCTU or D72JCTU cards instead.
The current releases support these cards being used on NEC PBXs now and there is less of a chance of the JCT cards going EOL in the near future like there is for the NE2-PCI cards.
Remember that the NE2-PCI cards are not universal PCI like the JCT cards are so that might be a big factor in making a decision.
