Has D320SC board can support dx_play

Yikes - that is a very old ISA form factor board!
As far as my meory stretches, the D320SC is a voice only resource, used to provide additional voice resources to line interface only cards. AS such I cannot see any reason why it would not support dx_play. It would certainly support dx_playiottdata().
Of course, this board does not have any phone line interfaces, so you will need to have a suitably compatible SCBus line card too.
The D301SC was (afaikr) a line only interface but had limited vox resources on it. These are only available for the purpose of call setup and teardown on CAS based systems (eg R2MF) that require tone generation/receiption.
