SR for MSI board and DM3 board

Hi,
I am using MSI240GBL ISA board with SC bus to CT bus adapter with the DMV1200 BTEP board,
I had SR 5.1.1 I could not detect DM3 board, but I could detect MSI board.
Then i changed to SR 6.1 then i could detect DMV 1200 but not the MSI board, 
so can any one suggest which DCM can i use so that i could detect both the boards or any other thing i have to do so that the existing DCM could detect the boards.
