DMV160LP - Couldn't hear ringback during bridge tr

Hi

I have a ringback issue on both of my DMV160LP boards. The caller couldn't hear the
ring while transfering the call. The "call
transfered" event is thrown in application and call has been connected
successfully. But, the "ring" is NOT there. I am using CallManager1.2 and
Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2.

By the way, this issue is NOT there with D/41JCT-LS boards running the same set of softwares and applications as above.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this? Appreciate your help.
