Analog Tieline with Panasonic (model KXTD500)

Hi Im encountering problems with my Tieline. Im using D41EPCI and my trunkline is connected from Panasonic. The problem is whenever the caller hang up the call my Dialogic is not releasing the lines. I tried using PBexpert and was able to detect the disconnecting tone of panasonic but still doesn't work. Does anyone of you knows how to deal with this thing. thanks
