hi
if following steps are not helpfull
ask help from re sellers of these cards
1. Make a fresh installation of windows 2000 & SP 4
2. Insert the card
3. Install S.R 5.1.1 - select complete option during installation
(sometimes it takes very long time to start i duuno y)
4. Restart
5. Download the latest Develop. package(V4.01 ) DPKWIN.exe from intel
website.

6. Install
7. copy the code file ie ss7.dc3
(For SPCI4 and CPM8 (ss7.dc3 for signalling end point applications
/monitor.dc3 for monitoring
applications )
8. only in some case => run in cmd mode = > net start septel
9. device manager -> view show hidden devices -> non plug anbd play
devices -> right click
septel->properties ->driver -> keep start type as automatic.
10.Change the system and config file as per ur need.
11.form your mail i can see u didnt have the licence file in ur PC.

obtained by running
the protocol software binary on the target machine using the ?v command
line option.
Eg: SS7 ISUP V5.00

The Licensing Host ID for this machine is: 00e0c6a134ee.
c)Make a note of the Host ID, you will need to use it to activate the
software licence.
