only oneway RTP on my media gateway

-I build a media gateway (SS7-SIP) using Intel DM/IP601, and a SS7 card. When my SIP client is in different network than the media gateway, I make a SIP-mobile call, I can only hear the voice from SIP to mobile, and there is no voice from mobile to SIP. I used ethereal to catch the packet, and found that there is no RTP packet sent from media gateway. However, when my SIP client is within the same class network as media gateway, then RTP packet is sent both ways, and I can hear the voice from both device. Anyone can help? Thank you.
