dialogic cards

We have a problem with our dialogic cards installed, (DM/N1200-4E1-PCI,DM/N800A-2E1-PCI,DM/N800A-2E1-PCI) all was working well, actually the dialogic service could not start. the state of the DM/N1200-4E1-PCI card led is orange and the others are green.
any help?
