There are different ways to do this.
Add a Chunk with an anchor (setAnchor) to a ColumnText object
and add this ColumnText object in the page event.
Use the static setSimpleColumn method of ColumnText and add
a Phrase that contains an Anchor object.
Add a PdfAnnotation with an external link (URI or URL Action).
