The only thing I can recommend is that you try opening the rtf in Word, saving it as rtf again and then try to open it in Wordpad. If there is still no image, then Wordpad doesn't support the required features. If it does show the image, then there is a problem in the way the RTF is being generated. Unfortunately I've only got time to support Word and if it is really an iText problem and not a Wordpad issue, then I currently do not have the time to do anything about it.
