Why? The question was answered: use PdfReader.getPageSize()
instead of Document.getPageSize() as indicated by Paulo.

My guess is that the watermark is added, but
not where you expect it. This is evident:
you want to add something at specific coordinates
in one document, yet you calculate these coordinates
based on the dimensions of another document...
