OK, I wanted to organize the many different constants
and flags in PdfWriter, and at the same time reduce
the need for changing existing code (specifically
the examples that come with the book), so I have put
the constants in interfaces.
Maybe this isn't really necessary. In any case:
there's no need to port everything to .NET right
now, I'm still reorganizing.

I can't wait to read the "I've upgraded to the
most recent iText version and it doesn't work"
mails. (Although I'm refactoring in the hope
that this will eventually reduce the number of
