Found that it is ldconfig in Suse. Did
ldconfig /usr/lib/qt3/plugins/sqldrivers/libsqlmysql.so
and it seemed to work.

./gtconfig showed /usr/lib/qt3/plugins as /usr/lib/qt3//plugins so I
changed it. Also added /usr/lib/qt3/plugins/sqldrivers. Still same
problem.
