How to scan for channels

I had to turn up the timeout values quite a bit to get my DVB-C card to
find anything as the standard values were to short to get a transport
lock and manage to go scanning.

Before turning up timeouts I got the same info that you got. (Timeout
Scanning, no Signal)


Have you tried that?
