0.19 Closed Captions and PVR-250

Thanks for that, I got the 0.4.2 ivtv driver loaded with the 2.6.12
kernel, I just had to move some files.

But, there were problems.  It worked OK with the one 250 that uses the
tuner input, except ... still no closed captions.

My other two 250's use the composite input (to digital cable boxes), I
had sound but the picture was all static.  I tried switching to the
different composite inputs listed (why does it list 5 of them??), but
they all gave the same results.  I dropped back to 0.4.0 and they work
on composite 4 as they always did.
