Mythtv 0.19 packages

Hi Christian,

I got some changes for myth-plugins debian/ on Debian Sarge/Stable.  These 
changes should make mythweb work on install.

Changes:
    sets db_password in /etc/mythtv/mythweb-htaccess.conf   (.htaccess)
    use a2enmod rewrite
    install mythwebdir into /etc/apache2/sites-available/ and ln -s in 
sites-enabled/020-mythweb
    removed /var/cache/mythweb/php_sessions/ and /etc/mythtv/mythweb
    removed /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/video_dir image_cache
    patch includes/init.php and modules/tv/handler.php to remove write checks

User could look at
    /etc/mythtv/mythweb-htaccess.conf
    /etc/mythtv/mythweb-settings.php
    /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/config/canned_searches.php
    /usr/share/doc/mythweb/README.gz

User should change links in /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/data/
    cache, music, recordings, tv_icons, video, video_covers
