Help with FC4 0.18 -> 0.19, blew up IVTV now can't record or remote... Thanks for the help!

I just wanted to also mention, I have done this (many times!):

In mythtv-setup, it still called is Tuner 0, so not quite sure what
these FAQ's are trying to imply.. Deleteing all the configs and
redoing them have no effect on fixing my static. :(

I've also cold booted several times, something the ivtv
troubleshooting mentions...
