mythtv-setup program not included in 0.19?

This is the important error - and yes it is critical - at this point the
compile has failed.

try 'apt-get install libqt3-mt libqt3-mt-dev'

Part of the reason it's may not be specified clearly, is that each of the
different distributions uses a different method to provide them - but
I'm pretty sure that it does tell you that you need the dev stuff for
qt3.
