mythtv-setup program not included in 0.19?

I had to do

$ ln -s /usr/share/qt3 /usr/share/qt

on my ubuntu system to get myth to compile. It was one of those things
that you forget about because you only need to do it once.  Maybe
that's what your problem is...?
