tveeprom-ivtv was the 0.2.x and 0.3.x name.  In 0.4.x it has been
renamed, surprise!  Also, the other tveeprom.ko can be used if you only
have a Hauppauge card, it works just fine.  Delete the one in the ivtv
directory.
