Is non-QAM OTA (for *any* channel you can actually receive ...) working
properly?

Can you download and playback any HD video without problems?

What are your hardware details?

I had a problem with the hd3000, OTA reception fine, but QAM got a lot of
errors. 

I replaced my brand new antec SP-450 with a new antec he-500 (or such) and
the problem went away :-(

Others have reported power supplies affecting hd300 QAM tuning, and
(possibly) video cards also affecting it.

The card or power supplies must be picking up or generating noise, I guess
it is the card, but don't have any proof.
