Gnome won't log out properly with mythfrontend running

I have turned off the confirm exit. Now when I click logout it quits myth but it still then requires me to click logout a second time to actually logout. Not really a problem though.

In frontend settings under General:

Confirm Exit
When enabled, MythTV will prompt for confirmation when you press the
System Exit key.
