Latest and Greatest New Release Testing...

Ok so everything is still working with the only issue
being getting OPAL_dll to link and compile. 

I was able to fix some of the previous errors but am
still confronted with the following:

opal.def : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
_filter_dc_notch
opal.def : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol
_spx_cos

So I checked and those two functions exist in
filters.c and math_approx.c. They are part of OPAL_lib
and are being compiled and linked in. I also made sure
that there aren't any preprocessor directives
excluding the functions from being compiled and
linked. 

Any inputs would be appreciated on this...

Also are there any inputs on when all the changes will
make it into CVS?? If they have already made it then
just ignore this, I cant get into CVS again and am
getting errors.

CVS seems to be very testy as of late...  Maybe it
like me just wants to go to bed at a reasonable hour. 
=)

I am hoping once everything is updated I can clean my
environment and start over with a fresh install of
everything from CVS.
