Could not open H.323 listener port on 1720

hi All

i associated openh323 with h263.
when i run openmcu -n -v, i get this error:

[root (at) is-phone openh323]# openmcu -n -v
OpenMCU Version 1.1.9 by OpenH323 Project on Unix
Linux (2.6.10-1.771_FC2smp-i686)
Could not open H.323 listener port on 1720

Please, can anyone have any idea?
