Problems with H245NegLogicalChannel::HandleOpen freezing my device

Here's a few things to try:
- disable fastConnect
- disable H.245 tunnelling
- disable all of the codecs you are not using
- disable all of the user input indication capabilities
I've had all of the above cause crash problems on various endpoints at
some time.
Also, a log file from the endpoint would help.
BTW: I've got a DVC-1000 here but it wants to use a stupid ILS server.
How did you disable that?
