OPAL: SIP Transports deletion, when STUN enabled

Hi,

There is a much simpler solution: add a reference to the endpoint in each SIP
transport threads. This way, the endpoint will never die before all threads are
terminated.

Also, please send diff'ed patches rather than complete files: you waste
bandwidth, it is nearly impossible to understand what was changed unless we
diff ourselves, and this makes it harder to apply to CVS.
