I talked about detaching endpoint to answer Craig question "why an
application would need to do that (detach endpoint - JS) in normal usage?" -
as a little digression. If you're saying that I can call StartListeners()
another time - this is very good news for me.
But I've observed this issue (crash/access violation) during shutdown of
OPAL and I've started investigating it immediately. I did not check
DetachEndpoint - I've commented that part of my code...
