how to provision opengk?

The quick and easy way:
Start the application in debug mode so you can watch it:
# ./opengk -cx -i /path/to/my/config/file/which/must/be/writeable
then bring up a web browser and go to http://myhost.com:1719/
and set some preliminary configuration stuff.
After that it'll just kind of work.
