The complete message is:

chmod_acl Production_Files/Deliveries/Met/2005 - 2006/~$6013 BOM.doc mode 0x1b4 failed: Operation not supported

I see it for many files.
They seem to be some sort of temp file created by MS Word.

What does it mean?
What is mode 0x1b4?
