Should I force a samba server to be local master?

I have three samba servers and about 10 windows XP clients. We DO NOT have a domain
controller - we just use a workgroup to see the samba shares.
Should I setup one of my samba servers to help it to become the local browse master?
(ie: local master = yes, preferred master = yes, os level, etc)
Or is it better to just let the machines vote - potentially letting a PC become the
browse master?
