sync-sipx script

In the registry replication effort, we're beginning to do more testing
on multiple systems. To facilitate this, I've checked in a script (on
branches/registry_ha for now) to replicate a sipx installation tree from
one system to another:
Usage:
THIS IS FOR DEVELOPER USE ONLY!
IT IS DELIBERATELY NOT INSTALLED AND IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR ANY PRODUCTION APPLICATION..
sync-sipx [ {-n | --dry-run} ] [ {-v | --verbose} ]
[ --include-config ]
target-host [install-dir]
Uses rsync to copy sipXpbx installation from current host to target-host.
The install-dir defaults to \$SIPX_INSTALLDIR ($SIPX_INSTALLDIR).
--include-config includes the etc directory, which is otherwise not included
(useful the first time, but probably not after that).
