sipXpbx startup problem

The startup scripts assume that they are run by root. This is so that
they can ensure that certain directories are writable before starting
the components. I believe (but am not sure) that the only component
that gets started as root is the media server because it needs to set
some kernel threading options only root can set - it then switches to
sipxchange after making those settings. All other components are run as
sipxchange by the startup script.
So run the startup script as root.
