Latest version of sipXtapi is now available

An updated version of sipXtapi is now available from the "Downloads" section of
http://www.sipfoundry.org/sipXtapi/ (source archives and WIN32 binary
distribution). This is considered an alpha version -- it may have some sharp
edges.

The latest version includes major changes in both APIs definitions and feature
set. I recommend performing a comparison between the old sipXtapi header files
and the new ones to note differences. Please see the API documentation and
bring questions to the this list.

A few platform notes:

WIN32
-----
- PlaceCall, ReceiveCall, and sipXezPhone build and run.

MacOS 10.4 PowerPC
------------------
- PlaceCall and ReceiveCall build and run.
- I did not build sipXezPhone, however, it should run with some makefile tweaks.
- There is a fairly large latency in the voice path that needs investigation.
- Sound device setting/detection and volume settings are not implemented.
- MacOS 10.3 should also work.

Linux
-----
- Not tested, but PlaceCall, ReceiveCall, and sipXezPhone should run (used to
work; may require a some makefile tweaks).
- Sound device setting/detection and volume settings are not implemented.

-
Bob
