define which audio device should be opened

Hi all!

Exists there a way how I can say sipxmedialib through sipxtapi which 
device should be used for local audio? - I know in 3.01 there's still 
the device string hardcoded in dmaTaskPosix.cpp, but may be there 
already exists a way, but isn't currently used. :-)
Or what's the easiest way to add this functionality?
I need that for ALSA support (which is in an very early stage, but 
works). At least if someone have more then one audio device plugged in, 
the app will be pretty useless :-(
I.e. using an usb headset, the device can also change furthermore, 
depending when exactly the headset is plugged in (during boot up or later).
So the user should set this in the app itself in a preferences dialog.
