I got it to work by saving MSVCR71.dll to /WINDOWS/system32, but I also had to add MSVCP71.dll to the same folder, otherwise it wouldn't run.
 
Other than that it works just fine.  Thanks for all the hard work you and Bob have put into this project!

Its a Microsoft re-distributable.  Bob probably forgot to put it in the release that he put up there.

When I tried to run sipXezphone.exe from the 2/1/06 daily build, I get the error message, "The application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
 
Am I doing something wrong, or is this an early alpha release that has a few bugs?
