Hanging cgi's with sipxconfig 3.1.2 on centos 4.2

The sipxpbx RPM installs the following:

[root (at) sipx ~]# rpm -ql sipxpbx | grep aa_vxml
/usr/share/www/doc/aa_vxml
/usr/share/www/doc/aa_vxml/autoattendant-afterhour.vxml
/usr/share/www/doc/aa_vxml/autoattendant-operator.vxml
/usr/share/www/doc/aa_vxml/dialbyname.vxml
/usr/share/www/doc/aa_vxml/operator-schedule.xml

This is from my CentOS 4 / sipX 3.1.3 (build 6027).

I get the same from FC4 / sipX 3.1.3 (build 6027), so do not think this
is a CentOS issue.
