define which audio device should be opened

Not yet. The sipXtapi API has the concept of audio devices, however, the code
needs to be written that will enumerate the audio devices, populate those into
sipXtapi and then communicate that to the dmaTask. Right now that is
implemented for Windows only. We need that logic for Linux and MacOS.
If you can write the code to enumerate the devices, I can incorporate that and
plumb (or guide) that to the dmaTask.
