define which audio device should be opened

Hi Bob,

because sipX (and my modifications) are part of my thesis, there isn't a chance, that I will retest it with the latest version before May :-(
I won't change software versions before the thesis is done. I'm sorry!

time, I'll create branch off main to track this source tree.  The PBX team is
working on some releases and have asked the sipXtapi team not merge back to main

re-test with the MediaServer/proxies/etc.).

I already do that, it should work stable in a few days... The 
only thing 
is I use a revision from August 2005, but I have taken a look at 3.01 
and there hasn't been changed much...
