PlaceCall - Unhandled exception at 0x0033471c (msvcr71d.dll) in PlaceCall.exe:

Hi,
 
I was able to compile placecall.exe and I copied sipXtapid.dll to the same directory, but every time I try to run it get an exception error.  I don't see any INVITE going out on Ethereal and it gets stuck at sipxCallCreate according to debugging done with printf in the placecall function
 
I am trying to call this program with the minimum number of parameters for a peer to peer call with no SIP Proxy.  No authentication, registration or STUN involved.  Just send INVITE, other end answers and send a file through the system.  Then, at the other I tweaked the loopback function to store the RTP packets into a file, for later voice quality calculation using PESQ (ITU P.862).  Similar idea posted by Marcos Aguilar to this list in the past.
