Problem to download a file from 2 browsers at the time

I think is the version of Tomcat. I have tried with other version (5.5.9) and it is working.
My actual version of Tomcat is 5.5.4, I thing it is problem. Or something the configuration in the tomcat: time, number of conexions,...
